Good quality is always important in fruit and vegetables. After all, health and food safety are key. At EFP, that quality is one of our most important selection criteria. It starts with choosing the right suppliers. Wherever they are in the world, we check that they can meet our high standards. We require every supplier to be certified to Global GAP – the principal food safety certification. Every year we audit our suppliers to keep a close eye on their standards of work.
